Hello, my name is Katie Lau, and I am a State Farm Insurance Agent based in Mesa, Arizona. With over 22 years of experience in the finance & insurance, I am dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service to everyone who walks through my doors.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, I immigrated to the United States in 2003 with my husband and two wonderful daughters. As English is my second language, I faced many challenges along the way. However, through hard work and determination, I progressed from a bank teller to a senior branch manager. This journey has taught me the true value of perseverance, dedication, and the importance of community.

My mission extends beyond providing insurance plans—I am deeply committed to engaging with and giving back to the Mesa community. I believe that building strong relationships within our local area not only supports individual families and businesses but also helps foster a safer, more resilient community for everyone.

I became an insurance agent because I am passionate about helping people protect the lives they have worked so hard to build. I take pride in working closely with each individual to understand their unique circumstances to help find the policies to meet their specific needs. My expertise covers a wide range of services, including home, auto, commercial, and business insurance. I am also proud to offer these services in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

When I’m not working, I enjoy exploring new restaurants with my husband, taking long walks with my fur baby, and, of course, reminding my daughters to get their oil changes!
