"My car’s rear window was damaged due to the recent monsoon that happened. Gave a call to Statefarm to check whether the replacement would be covered. My agent, Martin, was very understanding, helpful, and explained all the coverages available to me. He took down all the details and reached out to a glass company to do the replacement."

"I found myself at the dealership, bursting with excitement after receiving the news that the SUV I had my eye on had just been traded in! It wasn't even on the lot or listed online yet, but I wasted no time. I rushed down, took it for a thrilling test drive, and examined every inch of the vehicle. The deal was sealed—I was on cloud nine! However, I hit a little snag: I needed insurance, and my current agent was closed since it was just after hours on a Friday! No worries, I thought—I remembered my previous insurance agent, State Farm, and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Katie Lau, who took care of me right away. Although my original agent had retired and my policies were now with Karie, Katie jumped in to help. In no time, I secured the insurance I needed to drive my new pride and joy home! Even though I wasn’t planning on sticking with State Farm, Katie totally understood that my other vehicle was bundled with my homeowners policy. She made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, even canceling my new auto policy without a hitch and refunding my initial payment with zero questions asked. The whole experience was stress-free and seamless! A huge thanks to Karie and Katie for making my day unforgettable!"
